  • Emergency response services

Naples acts as an intermediary platform connecting users with independent security professionals and drivers.

3. User Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payments and Fees

Service fees are displayed in the app before you confirm a booking. Prices may vary based on distance, time, service type, and demand. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

5. Safety and Security

While we take measures to ensure safety, all drivers and security personnel undergo background checks and verification. Users must comply with safety instructions and regulations. You use the Service at your own risk. Naples is not responsible for the actions of independent contractors providing services through our platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naples provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
